Hearsay
My ex has made false allegations against me and we are going to court over custody of my son who is 7. He will not be testifying. Are her statements about what he allegedly told her admissable or is it hearsay? CPS and 2 therapists have found no evidence.

There are numerous "exceptions" to the hearsay rule. Without more information as to the circumstances surrounding the "statements" the question cannot be answered fully. I would advise a consultation with a lawyer experienced in family law, such as myself.
