Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi, my name is Heather. My ex husband and I have been divorced for several years and we share 19 year old daughter who graduated from high school in 2015. He keeps threatening to go to the courts and sue me for child support. There is not nor has there ever been a child support order. Since we have been separated in 2011, I have not had any income until I started receiving SSDI in 2014 which went back to a car accident I was involved in in 2012. She received backpay and monthly payments with me as a representative payee until she graduated from high school last year. Is it possible for him to be awarded any back child support being there never was a support order?
