my dad died and we are selling the house.does she get any money even thou she has not been with me for 10 years

If by "she" you mean your wife, ex-wife, girlfriend, or ex-girlfriend, then the answer is "no, she doesn't." Inheritance is normally considered individual property. So, even if you are still officially married, it should be yours.
