Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hi my name is Helen...and I am divorce sense 1999 and I get $500 month, and I would like to know if my ex will be obligated to keep paying that amount direct to our son when he goes to collage? mean if the parents are oblogate to pay or support the child when they are in collage.

That would depend on whether that was something addressed in your marital settlement agreement. If not, parents are only legally entitled to support their children until they either turn 18, become emancipated, or graduate from high school.
