Hello,
I am currently going through a divorce and will be paying alimony and child care. Am I mandated by law to carry life insurance? If so, what should it cover, for how long and for how much? Is it just for alimony or for child support as well?

The courts will generally require you to carry life insurance in an amount that would be sufficient to guarantee the payment of both child support and alimony.
