Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello!!

I want to file a divorice and i live in florida and my ex- lives in Texas. She has been there all her life, and I lived there for five years, then i relocated to florida 2 years ago.. Can I file here in Florida?? Or do I have to file back in Texas???

You can file for divorce in Fla. but not marital distribution.
