Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello,

It has come to my attention that my ex-husband had lied about his residency when he filed for divorce. He said he lived in Florida but was living in New York. When I was served , I did reside in Florida but moved three months later to Tennessee. Part of the hearing was by phone and the actual granting of the divorce .I had to come to Florida.

He also was hiding money about 40k which i did not know about until after the fact and my ex husband told the courts he was on Disibility which is also from the state of NewYork.

Because of this he was never asked to pay child support.

He is also living in a 400k home on the water front which has been in his and his fathers name who is deceased . It has been in his name for the last 7 years while we were still married.

I was wondering if this constitutes fraud and is my divorce legal, since neither of us were living in the state of Florida at the time of divorce . He was in New York when it was filed?

Thank You,

J. Johnsen
