Hello,

My daughter turned 18yrs old on Dec 26,2011, she stall has 6 months left in High Scholl do I still have to pay child support.

yes. In the State of Florida you pay until 18 OR 19 if that is the age she will graduate.

Child support can be extended beyond the age of 18 if the child is still enrolled in high school and on pace to graduate. However, unless the original final judgment made that clear, the parent receiving child support should have to file a supplemental petition to extend the support until the child's graduation.
