my question is my ex-husband has visitation but he moved plantcity to pinellas park fl and that is a long way from home. i live in tampa fl and my youngest girl takes medicne for seizers and i can't get to her fast to her what said i do

So? Why can't your ex-husband take care of her when she has a seizure?

If he can't (maybe because he is disabled or unwilling), you'll have to file a supplemental petition to establish a parenting plan that deals with what happens when your youngest has a seizure while on your ex's timeshare.

Unless your ex really can't handle the seizures, you're not going to get an award that denies him visits, if that's what you're looking for.
