Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
hid income
In 2004 I was under much duress during a divorce battle and my ex and I made an agreement at a mediation, he had not filed tax returns for the yrs 2001 thru 2006 until last yr. This past yr. I found ut he was making a lot more money then he said on his financial affidavit at the mediated agreement. I have proof and his tax returns are bogus as well...He has put me through constant court hearing on all kinds of untrue things that never get settled only to keep the courts from finding this all out. I now had a chance to figure it all out..In the mediated agreement I losst everything because he treatened to kill me and tried to hire someone to have me killed. I have had 3 attorney handling all the other nonsense we have been through and now I want to take care of this real issue.. What can I do and what will I need to prove all of this to an attorney. SO that they will understand

Re: hid income
If you can prove that he lied about his financials, you can have your mediated settlement agreement set aside. You'll just need some kind of proof that his financial affidavit was untruthful.
