Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
Hi,
i would like to know if the state can force one to pay child support after 17 yrs. and the child is under the amnesty law because he is married, has a child of his own and does not even live with either parent.
p.s. he is not the one filling for support

Normally, there wouldn't be any support due in that circumstance. Maybe they are going after back support.
