Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hi

i am suing my daughter's father for 3 yrs of unpaid child support. she is 4 yrs old.

i am a doctor and his attorney is the father of my patient. i want the counsel to disqualify himself for ethical reasons. can we make a motion to disqualify him? on what legal grounds?

I don't see where the attorney has breached any ethical responsibilities. If you feel that uncomfortable about this, then remove yourself as the physician.
