Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I want to hire an attorney to help me divorce. My spouse and i do not have children together but my spouse has adult, dependant chidren from another marriage.. Do i look for a divorce lawyer? I have seen attorneys listed as Family or Marital, what is the difference between all 3 types of attorneys? Which is best for me? Thank you.

Family, marital, and divorce attorneys are all the same. You'll even sometimes see the term "matrimonial." It all means the same thing. All of them are divorce lawyers.

Hello. I'm just offering another response. You should pick a lawyer with a lot of experience. While a younger lawyer may not charge as much, he/she does not know as much either.
