Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

I was hit with back child support order for which the DOR took my tax refund last year, however we have settled the matter and deductions are being taken out of my payroll check monthly to cover the amount via the court order, what are the chances that my tax refund will be affected this coming year?

If you have no arrearage you should be fine. I would check with the DOR - use the same case number you had before and ask if they have received the court documents showing that you are up to date. Filing is Key in this situation because there are so many cases - things get lost.
