Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

hi..will I be in contempt if I don't take my son to his dad for his visitation if he keeps jumping from one house to the other because he doesn't have a place of his own, licence,or pay child support, and he lies about the address where he is staying since is an order to let me know where he takes my son,but no way to find out since we do the exchange in a public place due to a retrainer order against him.But my concern is the people my son is around and that he sleeps in the floor in an air mattress..thanks

No valid address no visitation. However you should file a motion with the court outlining your concerns. Contact my office for free consultation 727-446-7659.

If you have a visitation order in place from the court and he has not complied with the order as to notifying you of an address etc., then he is in contempt of court. I suggest you file a contempt/enforcement and delay any visitation until the hearing.
