home in family trust

my mother recently passed away I have a letter signed by her and two witnesses to buy her home. now the other trustees want to sell. verbally I was given till my son graduates from high school next June-can they sell without my approval? I am a trustee. my mother lived with me when she died and the home is in Ma.
