can i keep my home. husband buys prostitutes.gave me disease

can i keep my home? my husband spends money on prostitutes. gave me STD's. Emotiomal neglectful/abusive.I am retired on limited income. I have put all my money into the home to fix it up. he refuses to help with the up keep of the home or buy Gro. I have put $40,000 into the home . he openly treats me bad so i will leave. I want to keep my home it's all i have.

I usually don't say this but in this case I will.

"What are you waiting for, file for a divorce." Include in your petition that the home be given to you. There are issues to review with respect to the home and it must be stated correctly in your petition. Therefore, retain an attorney and get him out of there.
