Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Hello I really hope someone can help me..

I currently am in my 11th month of a simple dissolution of marriage with a child. I have recieved a temporary order of alimony and child support a few months ago but my current finacial postion is concering me because I work in commisson sales.

How can I have the court review my case based upon my new financial situation and not having the ability to pay like I did in the past ?

Currently I am spending over 70% to 90% of my monthly income on the two orders and I am at a point o bankrupcy unless something changes fast.

This is a temporary order and for some reason I do not feel that my current attorney is representing me very well.

a simple dissolution of marriage does not take 11 months. Ask your attorney to subvmit a new financial affidavit based on your current income and set a hearing before a magistrate (this could be faster than waiting for a judge) and request more income for you and your child. Bear in mind that these financial decisions are based on at least a two year period of income - so if you have already been given a certain amount based on what your earing potential was for the past two years, it may not be worth going after a new amount until the divorce hearing at which time you can present a new financial affidavit and ask the judge for an increase since this was based on temporary income.
