Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

i got a house 6 months ago with my boyfriend as a co-owner we are not longer together but he wont move out. what would be the steps to get him out of the loan or get me out of the loan? i can make the payments but he cant. does it help me out? i am in palm beach county florida.

You have to bring an action to force a sale or buy out.
