Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

house sale

My divorce was finalized by a judge who ordered the joint home to be placed on the marked by a realtor (the judge decided on the amount to sell the house for) she also ordered the selling prize of the house be lowered by 20,000. a month for each month the house does not sell. Is this legal? If it is not who do I contact? I was told a judge cannot force the sale of a house in this matter.

It may be legal but i doubt it is proper. You should have appealed. A motion for a rehearing may be in order.
