Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My house

Hi, to start with last year my ex-wife and I went to arbitration in October and a judge said that I could go to my house any time. I have all my belongings there. We went to mediation in February and we were going to sell the home. Long story short she wanted me to quick claim my half to her and I said no. 3 days later she sent me a email that she was going to put all my things out by the curb if I do not pick them up that following Sunday. I went there the next day to find some of my things out front of the house and she has changed the lock me. The next day I went there with a truck and a locksmith to get into my house. I could not get it all so I planed to go back later. I called her 20min later and she put the police on the phone. I told him that I was coming back, he said that I have no right to go in my own home. That she told him that a judge granted her sole residency. There is no such judgment. She even tried to get an injunction against me and they denied her one. How do I get my things?

Most police departments will escort an estranged spouse into a house to get his or her belongings if arranged in advance. If for some reason your local department decides otherwise, simply go back to the court and request an order from the court allowing you such access together with the police escort. Then the police and your wife are obligated to cooperate with you.
