my husban is in the army his getting deployed in jan 20, 2012 i just found some paypers that he was writing on, about a divorce so i think that he is trying to divorce me so i wont get any of his deployedment money we have a 14 y old son he open up an account for him so he could put money in there just for him his army base is in NY but we live in fl will he b able to get away with this we been maried for 14yrs we still live together

Unless you let him, he probably won't be able to just walk away from the marriage.

Depending upon the length of the marriage, and the comparative financial resources of the parties, you might be entitled to alimony.

If a divorce is pursued, you should look into alimony and child support. You might also be entitled to a substantial portion of his retirement, and the equitable distribution of the marital estate.
