Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husban owes 30,000.00 for child support.If his gives him thier house and will their insurance money to him if they past.Can the state take it for the child support he owes?

The state only cares about money, not houses and inheritance. But if the mother will accept his offer in exchange for back support, the state will almost certainly go along with it.
