Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Husband has abandoned home left with onother woman..im.in process of divorce. Been merried for 4 years after I gave him citizenship status he abandoned me. We have a home together.how can home be legally mine if he is no where to be found?.. ir was my down payment , and my credit that quality me to purchase home.. because we are merried he gets 50%,how can I get rights to home myself

.he is no where to be found to sign hone over to me or divorce papers.. help please

If he cannot be found Florida allows "Service of Process by Publication". This is a complicated process and I never recommend a citizen try this without an attorney.

The home may be awarded as part of the dissolution of marriage, the Husband signs nothing.
