Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
my husband is active duty navy. we got married in san diego, california where he is stationed and currently lives. i live in florida
we're considering a simplified dissolution of marriage, which i have the form, and it seems simple enough to understand. can we do it all without lawyers involved and would he have to appear in court? i dont think that is a viable option for him at this particular time.
we have no children and have already agreed how to split up our property. basically we just want to call it quits and are looking for the easiest route to go through.

You can complete the process yourselves; however, if a mistake is made, there are no do-overs. You may need to save up to hire an attorney or at least pay an attorney to review the paperwork before it is filed. Feel free to call me at 904-576-2581 or email me at [email protected].
You can do this yourself. Only you need to appear for a15 minute hearing. I agree with Mr. Williams - you should have an attorney review it before you file as there are no do-overs.
