Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband wants to adopt my two year old son. I was married once before, my ex husband is on his birth certificate, but is not his biological father... is it possible for my current husband to adopt my son, and how would I go about starting this process?

It is called a "Step-Parent Adoption", it is relatively simple and quick as long as the Father agrees. I would urge you to contact an attorney in your area, I do not handle that type of matter.
