Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Both my husband and I are in agreement about divorcing. We have been separated 4 years and have a child 7 years old. Everytime we go to court we cannot come to an agrement with regard to child support. I want to get on with my life and have met another man and now have a child with him. I want to marry him but cannot do so until I am divorced. Can I get the divorce and settle the child support at a later date.

Yes, you can. In the meantime, if you have primary timesharing of your child, you can always go through child support enforcement to handle that matter.
