My husband is an alcoholic and is verbally abusive, if I move out and leave the state, what will my rights be in regard to my home?

A judge will decide in the dissolution of marriage proceeding. It depends upon many factors whether you are entitled to a portion or half the house (e.g. length of marriage, when the home was purchased (before or after marriage), prenuptual agreement).
