Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband is the biological father of a six year old girl who lives in another state. He does pay the child support. Even though, he doesn't get any sort of visitation and never once seen his daughter. The mother doesn't allow my husband to see her. Due to that fact, this little girl calls the mother's new husband daddy. Is that against the law for this child to call another man daddy?
