Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I bought a car after we got married, he drives a work truck everywhere. I have 4 children and now he just stole my car this morning. He just had his mother drive him over and he's be gone for 10wks now and I have a premie. The vechile is in his name and he know's I was laid off 14mos ago and I can't find a job. I can't afford a downpayment of anykind. My daughter has doctor appointments. He's only seen her once since I kicked out of the house. What do I need to do to get the family vehicle back?

If it's in his name, he didn't steal it, and you have no legal means of forcing him to give it back unless a divorce judge orders it.
