"My husband is buying a condo against my wishes. Should I insist on having my name on the title or is it better for me not to? We don't have a strong marriage and I don't trust his intent. We live in Florida."

If he intends to make it his homestead then you will have to sign docs at the closing. Also, any purchase will be presumed to be a marital asset. So it is your choice if you want to be on the title or not
