Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my soon to be Ex husband, charge me with Attempt of Kidnapping if I take her on a Cruise vacation? We agreed in Mediation we could take her "anywhere" as long as we let each other know in advance. He signed the consent for her passport issuance, but now because he is Mad at me won't sign the consent to take the cruise, knowing that has been already paid for!!!! We are not divorced yet, and both live in Florida.
