Be careful how you are accessing these emails. You may unwittingly be violating privacy laws and computer hacking laws. Furthermore Florida is a "no fault" divorce state. You do not need to prove he is cheating to get divorced. Follow your financial statements and credit cards closely. He may be responsible and be held accountable for any marital money used to support this extra marital affair.

If you feel a dissolution is inevitable, consult with a local divorce attorney who can provide you with more specific guidance and information on how you can protect yourself.

If you put it on the computer - privacy is not the issue any longer. Adultry in Florida is not a ground for divorce but certainly can be used in support of obtaining replenished funds (marital funds) there were used to future his/her affair.
