Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband child leaves with her mother in NC. He has secondy custody. We just learned she went to cuba with the military. She will be gone for six to nine months. the child is left with her mom. My husband wants his child. oh the mother failed to notify him about her orders.

So what's your question? Can he go get his child? Probably, but he should get a court order first, I would imagine. But it's probably a question of North Carolina law (which I don't know), not Florida law. He needs to speak to a North Carolina lawyer.

Where was the case originally filed. If Florida still has jurisdiction, then file for an immediate temporary custody and modification of the current custody order. Either way, you need an Order to take the child.
