Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband had 3 children from a previous marriage, he did not realize that they suspended his license for non payment of child support until he went to get his replacement social security card. All his children are now over the age of 18 and he needs to know where to go to get his license back and get his life back on track, does support enforcement still have jurisdiction over his license even though all his kids are over 18
