Has a Parenting Plan ever been entered by the Court? If not, he needs to do that through the courts so that he will have all of his rights with respect to the children.

I would need to review the current court orders that control the case. He has rights that she is not honoring so the court will have to intervene. Contact my office for free consultation.

If child support was established through the Dept. of Revenue and he never followed through with anything else, then he needs to Petition the court for Visitation and file a parenting plan. Dept of Rev only does the child support part - it is up to the father to follow through if he wants visitation established. Please contact my office for an appointment if I can be of assistance to you.
