Can a husband take children out of state. Husband has children. Wife left but he is afraid she will come back I am grandmother. Don't want son in trouble

He can take them out of state for a short time, as in a vacation. He cannot move them more than 50 miles without the permission of the wife or the court. This situation would be covered by Florida's Parental Relocation Statute, Chapter 61.13001.
