my husband gets comp and ssd. i do not work and have not for over a year. and i entitled to any of the money he gets if we divorse and also any of the money he gets from his settlement, which will be a large some. he gets his money from connecticut.

You may get alimony and child support. You don't automatically get part of his comp or SSD. You get half of his settlement that counts as "lost wages," if that can be figured out.
