Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband took me to court to modify his childsupport because he lost his job. The judge abated the modification. Prior to the abatement he requested financial documents from me. I was told that I didn't have to provide them to him because his modification was abated. Now he has filed a motion to compel. Will I have to provide those financial documents to him or not?

yes. Child support is based on the income of both bio parents.
