Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband is going through a custody battle with his childs mother. He and i were getting divorced last year but we reconciled and we stopped the divorce. he had a deposition today and his childs mother's attorney showed him that they has obtained our divorce file. does that mean she now has access to my social and personal information that i had to file?
