Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband has custody of his 2 children from his previous marriage. 3 yrs ago the oldest then 9 decided he wanted to live with his biological mother. We allowed him to do so. Now at 12 he would like to reside with us and she refuses to allow it. Does she really have a legal leg to stand on being that my husband has full custody?

Yes and no. He is of age that he can tell the Judge who he would like to reside with and if it is in the best interest of the child, then the Judge will allow it. Other factors would be child support and visitation schedules.
