Legal Question in Family Law in Florida
My husband has custody of our son, he continually tries to keep me out of his life and bad mouths me. We set forth a mutual agreement that I wouldn't pay child support because I moved outta state, I pay for his clothes and flights and offer my husband help. He continues to violate our agreement. He just called to tell me there was a horse accident where my son and his aunt were thrown from the horse and his aunts pelvic bone is broken, but he refuses to take my son to the doctor to be checked out, he is supposed to have insurance on my son but does not and I do, is there anything I can do legally to get him to take him to the doctor, is it a good idea if I just get on the next flight and take him myself. I want custody of my son but was screwed the first time we went to court.

You need to file for a modification of child custody and you should be on the phone with the Dept of Children and Family Services to find out if your son is hurt and needs medical attention.
