Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

my husband and i decided to file a online no contested divorce. he has been served with the papers to sign back on 2\2\11. he has not sighned and contues to say he is busy and dosent have the time. we have been seproated for over a yr and I am engaged to be married. I am underthe gun do to the fact that he dropped my insurance during my cancer treatments and need desporatly to get on my fiances insurance. I have a form that was included in the papers that is labeled DEFAULT. Do I take this to the court or what do I do to get this divorce over. He has taken all the cash and I have nothing left to fight this. I need to concentrate on my health and he is holding things up. how do I get him to comply.
