Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My ex husband decided to seperate and leave the home a yr ago..I have 3 small children, Im lvisually impaired ,Im losing my home to forclosure Im albino so orlando florida is not the best place for me to resede in. Because of my albinism and my impairment i dont drive to it is difficult for me to find people to help me take my children to school and just about do anything in florida everything is far...My question is before I file divorce papers My uestion is my family is very worried for me and my kids they all are willing to help me find a new place to live and help me with my kids since i dont have any body to help me in florida...How can I move out of state with my children without getting in trouble with the law i love them and i want whats best for them

File along with your dissolution of marriage papers a Notice of Intent to Relocate with Minor Children and specify new address and reasons. Good luck!
