Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My Ex husband is denying me the right to take our daughter on a 7 day vacation. I have sole legal custody of her, do i still have to have his permission to go on vacation? I do not have the final order, the court said that it will be sent through the USPS.

Impossible to answer without the final judgment. If you have tickets file an Emergency Motion for a decision on out of country travel.

If you require a passport for the child then you will need a court order, otherwise you can go.
