Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

Can my husband and I use the Self Help Dissolution of Marriage form if we have property together but have already agreed on how to split it? We don't want to hire a lawyer.

Sure you can but remember - there are no do overs and if you mess up - well you know how that goes.

You might have an attorney look over your papers before you sign. I am sure the fee would be minimal.
