Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are going to get a divorce. He wants to keep our home.

The home is in his name, we weren't married when it was purchased in 2001, but used co-mingled funds for the down payment. It was refinanced after we were married in 2002.

My pay was direct deposit into the joint checking account for all these years.....Can he make me move out before the divorce?

No. Also because Florida is an equitable contribution state, you can claim equity in the house.
