My husband was going through a divorce - we planned our wedding - they divorce was delayed and not signed until two days after we were married. We have been married 35 years now - are we legally married? Married in Michigan live in Florida Do we need to get married again

If you were married at the time you got married then the marriage is void. To marry someone you have to be an unmarried person.
