My husband went through a divorce over a year ago and he pays child support but he does not get to see his kids and they chioce not to see him. We have a 17 month old baby our selves and we can't afford to keep paying it, she makes more money then him and also has a boyfriend that makes alot of money. She is not suppose to take them out of state without asking him but she still does what can we do we don't have the money to hire a attorney.

The boyfriend is not responsible for your husband's children regardless of what he makes.
There are support guidelines that the court uses to set the payment schedules. If there has been a substantial change in circumstances, the court can modify that schedule. If the ex-wife is not abiding by the visitation schedule, and your husband wants to see the kids (as he should),then you can complain to the court about the violations. You do not need a lawyer to do so.
