Legal Question in Family Law in Florida

My husband and I are getting divorced in FL. We file our taxes together every year. Our CPA is now refusing to provide me with a copy of our 2008 tax return because my husband instructed him not to do so. What can I do?

If he won't cooperate with you, you may have to go through the irs and request directly with them.
